My Louisiana Loverboy Adventure...

Paragon Casino Resort!

Never been to Louisiana... what better reason than for a Loverboy show?

I forgot to print out directions to the resort, so I had to rely on my GPS app to direct me from Alexandria to Marksville. I just about passed out when I typed in the Paragon Casino Resort and the app stated I was scheduled to arrive at 4 AM the next day. Really, a six hour drive? Yikes, I was sure it was less than an hour. Finally I got the correct info and I hit the road. Who knew apps had a sense of humor?

The Paragon Casino Resort had Alligators in the lobby (huh?) and Loverboy in the Mári Showroom. I knew this trip would be awesome!

 

The best way to describe my experience at a show is...
The boys appear on stage and each one lights a fuse that leads up to the entire band on stage exploding like the most rockin’ fireworks display... ever! The show was incredible!!!

As always Mike was fantastic. HIs powerful vocals captured the crowd.

Paul and Spider kept the groove going all night long.

Matt set the pace.

And as always Doug rocked the keys.

I like to plan my trips/adventures ahead of time. But this trip to Louisiana was literally last minute. Yet this was one of the funnest adventures, even with planning days before the show. Big fun getting lost in Loverboy tunes

Thanks Loverboy, you guys are the best!

As always my suitcase remains partially packed...
